Park access fees are not included in our rates. Access is free for youths, age 17 years or under.

Prices are quoted in Canadian currency and are exclusive of 15* HST

Check-in time starts at 3:00 pm or later, and check-out is 10:00 am.

RATES: Based on single or double occupancy. Add $7 per additional guest over 8 years of age, for a maximum of 3 adults per unit, or, 4 people if adult(s) and child(ren); max. of 2 people per upper-level motel studio. Seasonal rates and minimum nights’ stay apply. Charges may be levied for extra cleaning, damages, etc.

**RATES: Every 7th night is free! Weekly rates are based on double occupancy. The weekly rate calculation is : 6 nights x nightly rate = cost for 7 nights (+tax).

RECREATIONAL FIRES (WOOD OR PROPANE) AND FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: There is a minimum 2 night stay required for bed-sitting chalets and motel efficiency studios ans there is a 3 night minimum for one-bedroom chalets throughout our season. Reservations of one night only will be considered the day-of, or at management's discretion ($30 would be added to the nightly rate). Premature departure will result in original value of booking being charged. Special conditions apply to holiday weekends (see below).

*HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: Victoria Day, Canada Day, New Brunswick Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day. A minimum 3 nights stay is required for reservation of all chalets, and minimum 2 nights stay for motel. Premature departure will result in original value of booking being charged.

GUARANTEE /DEPOSIT: A credit card number (VISA or MasterCard) is required at the time of reservation, and the cardholder must be the person making the reservation, and be present for check-in. For reservations where a credit card is not available, a $100 deposit is required to confirm the reservation; this deposit then serves as a damage deposit once guest has checked-in and paid for their stay (upon arrival); the $100 damage deposit is refundable after the satisfactory inspection of the unit on check-out day.

CHECK-IN: from 3:00 pm to 8pm , check-out 10:00 am. (on very busy days, check-in time may exceed 3pm - our new disinfecting procedures have lengthened our turnover time. Your safety, as well as our staff's, is paramount)

DEPOSITS: For advance reservations, a deposit equal to one (1) night's stay, excluding tax, may be required to confirm the reservation. A credit card number (VISA or MasterCard) is required at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION/Refund Policy for Individual Shorter Stays: for cancellations within 10 days of a scheduled arrival date, (deposit is refunded but) a $30 (+HST) cancellation fee is charged. Modifications to a booking without advance notification can incur similar charges. If cancelling or modifying within 3 days (72 hours) notice, or if no-show, ONE NIGHT'S CHARGE (+HST) is applied. Failure to show for check-in will result in cancellation of said reservation and ONE NIGHT'S CHARGE (+HST) is applied. Premature departure will result in original booking value being charged to the credit card on file or will not result in a refund if prepaid. NO refunds for “bad” weather.

CANCELLATION/Refund Policy for Extended Stays (5 or more nights) and Groups (3 or more units): With less than 30 days' notice of a cancellation, (the deposit is refunded, but) a $30 (+HST) cancellation fee is charged for each unit concerned (room or chalet). Modification to booking without advance notification could incur similar charges. If cancelling or modifying a booking with less than 10 days’ notice, or if no-show, ONE NIGHT'S CHARGE+HST will be applied for EACH UNIT CONCERNED. Failure to show for check-in will result in the cancellation of said reservation. Premature departure will result in original booking value being charged to the credit card on file or will not result in a refund if prepaid. NO refunds for “bad” weather.

CHANGES in reservation term: Any change in reservation term may result in additional charges. Extension to a booking is subject to availability.

PAYMENT TERMS: Accounts are payable on departure, and guaranteed by the credit card on file.

DOGS: Dog-friendly units (some bed-sitting chalets and motel units) are subject to availability. A minimum $30 fee/ stay (or $10/day) pet fee per dog will be added to the rental rate. Maximum occupancy of four guests per unit including canine companions (one dog per unit, or two permitted if under 20 lbs). For your pet’s safety, the RESPECT OF ALL OTHER GUESTS, and per Fundy National Park's regulation, PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND NEVER LEFT UNATTENDED. Please pick up after your pet. Only dogs are permitted, we do not accept CATS or other pets. Extra cleaning fees may be levied in the event of damage, or excessive shedding. Guests are encouraged to bring along dog blankets, feeding bowls and brushes.

HOUSEKEEPING: Due to Covid-19 we no longer offer housekeeping services during stays. Towels and linens may be exchanged at the office if needed. Guests are responsible for cleaning their dishes, and cookware. If this is not done prior to checkout, a $20 (+HST) cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Please note that all kitchen items and surfaces will be sanitized by our team after each departure.

GENERAL: Visitors are permitted at management’s discretion. Registered guest must advise management if expecting a visitor and is responsible for the behavior of any visitors on property. Visitors must leave by quiet time, at 10pm. Acts resulting in damage, and any costs, including loss of income to Fundy Highlands, will be charged to the registered guest.

TENTS: For safety reasons, tents cannot be left setup overnight.

COURTESY: We ask that guests not disrupt others with noise, especially after 10:00 pm. It is also imperative that there be no littering (this includes cigarette butts).

PARK ACCESS: Daily park passes may be purchased upon arrival to Fundy National Park or at our front desk. Seasonal or Discovery passes may be purchased in advance by contacting Fundy National Park's administration (506-887-6000), or Parks Canada, respectively. A Seasonal pass offers unlimited admission to Fundy National Park for the 2018 season, whereas a Discovery pass is valid for all national parks, national historic sites, and national marine conservation areas operated by Parks Canada. Either of these may be purchased at Fundy National Park's visitor centre, or at either of its entrance kiosks upon your arrival
