Extra precautions have been taken by our housekeeping team since the pandemic began . The health and safety of our staff and our guests are our top priorities. Please note that our playground is open, at one’s own risk (outdoor surfaces are not sanitized).

Third-night housekeeping service (for extended stays) is suspended, indefinitely. Guests may exchange their linens and towels, as well as replenish amenities at our office, as needed.

Please, postpone your visit, if:

• you have any symptoms of COVID-19.
• you have been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results.
• you have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19.

If none of the above apply, we will be more than happy to welcome you!

Please make sure to have a face mask (medical or non-medical, without exhalation valve) with you for your trip. A well-fitting face-mask (covering nose and mouth) is required in our office. Face coverings may be required when entering any public building, or space (indoor or outdoor). Masks are available for purchase at our front desk. If you do not wear a mask, someone will serve you outside, keeping a minimum of 2 metres' distance.

Cleaning procedures and response to COVID-19:

• Our team will carefully prepare your unit, wearing face masks and/or full-length shields, using products that clean and disinfect. All products are safe and approved for use in Canada.
  
• All utensils and cookware are washed in hot soapy water with added bleach, even if items appear unused. Hard surfaces are sanitized prior to any new guest’s arrival, after the unit has been cleaned.
• Towels and shower curtains have always been removed and changed from units, even when left unused.

When checking in:

• ONE (1) person at a time in office, please wait your turn on a flower marker outside. No unsupervised children, please.
• VISITORS, including ANY PETS, must be approved by management PRIOR to your arrival, or risk being expelled. Max of 2 vehicles per room or chalet, including your own.
• Please plan ahead and pack extra hygiene supplies, such as hand sanitizer, or a table cloth for a picnic table

Check-in is possible from +-3pm to 8pm. Cleaning takes longer than it used to, and although we aim to have all our units ready for 3pm, we may sometimes go past this time. We thank you in advance for your kind understanding.
