SUMMER CONDITIONS : Minimum 2 night stay during the summer season for bed-sitting chalets and motel efficiency studios, 3 nights stay for one-bedroom chalets. Special conditions apply to booking on holiday weekends.

As we are
ever-conscious of the expense of family travel, children
under eight (8) years of age stay with their parents free of
charge.

DEPOSITS:
for reservations of two nights or more, a deposit equal to one night's stay (+ HST) may be required to confirm the reservation. A credit card number (VISA or MasterCard) is required at the time of reservation.

Pet units (bed-sitting chalets and motel units) are subject to availability. Minimum $10 daily pet charge, per pet, for a maximum of $50. Per property rules, and Fundy National Park's regulation, pets must be kept on a leash at all times and never be left unattended. Please pick up after your pet.

CANCELLATION / refund policy for individual shorter stays: With less than 10 days notice of a cancelled or modified reservation, the deposit will be refunded, but a fee of $30.00+HST will be charged. If cancelling or modifying with less than 3 days notice, or if no-show, ONE NIGHT’S CHARGE+HST will be applied, or deposit will be non-refundable. Failure to show for check-in will result in the cancellation of said reservation and any deposit received will be non-refundable. Early departures may result in original booking value being charged to the credit card on file or may not result in a refund if prepaid.

As our guest, you'll benefit from a 10% discount when purchasing your Fundy Park pass at our desk. You can simply drive on over rather than stopping at the Park's main entrance. If you purchase a seasonal Fundy park pass before June 14th, Parks Canada offers an additional early bird discount on seasonal passes. You can purchase your seasonal pass prior to your arrival. Just contact us to make the arrangements.
